Clarissa Shetler | VP/COO
Clarissa Shetler brings an uncommon perspective to the analysis of building on relationships with clients/customers/patients/end-users to assure outcome goals are achieved. With three decades of experience, first in the high tech industry, then in the pharmaceutical industry, and now in both, she gets it and gets it done. Strategic marketing, sales, market development and operations are smoothly applied by Clarissa to build on relationships, which are the lifeblood of business.
With an undergraduate degree in advertising and marketing and a doctorate degree in pharmacy (from the University of the Pacific), Clarissa is in her third professional iteration. A key closer and national sales director for a company that went public in her first career iteration, Clarissa was responsible for sales, training and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure all new business opportunities were driven to a closed sale. With that success under her belt, Clarissa “took a break” by going back to obtain a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in her early 30s and delved into the world of drug protocols and patient outcomes. Clarissa developed innovative patient focused programs in hospitals, pharmacies and senior centers. She has also helped to drive new operation standards in the community and hospitals sectors to improve compliance and care. Her main passion has always been focused on improving experience outcomes by creating new protocols and procedures.
Now with KodaCon, she combines the two prior careers to bring intelligent, caring, business-building outcomes to the customer strategies employed by KodaCon clients. Clarissa continues to develop and refine her innate (but well-tuned) talent for team building, logistics, event and program management, communications and customer development. Clarissa attributes her ability to see opportunities and achieve profitable revenue growth for organizations to her understanding people and what it takes to identify their and their organizations’ needs with an eye toward building stronger customer relationships. She has a sound and thorough understanding of business visioning, establishment, consolidation and expansion.
